More and more airports are now accomodating Muslim friendly services. However there are many airports around the world which still do not take into account the needs of the Muslim travelers. Our airport guides provide an overview of the general facilities of the airport as well as the facilities at the airport which will help Muslim travelers to perform prayers and find halal food.

Now more and more Airports provide multi-faith prayer rooms. They also cater to the specific needs of the Muslims such as Wudu areas and seperate male and female prayer areas. Muslim travelers should ensure that the facilities provided are used appropriately.

Where there are no Prayer Rooms available in an Airport, it may be still possible to find a secluded area to do your salaath. Airport staff may be able to assist you in finding an appropriate place for salaath.

For Qiblah direction, you can use our Qiblah direction finder. Just enter the name of the Airport and zoom in and in most cases you will be able to get the Qiblah direction right.
