GEOGRAPHY
Argentina is the second largest country in South America, situated between the Andes in the west and the southern Atlantic Ocean in the east. It is bordered by Brazil and Uruguay in the northeast, Paraguay and Bolivia in the north and Chile in the west.
DEMOGRAPHY
A population of close to 40 Million. Muslims account for about 1.9% of the population.
CLIMATE
Summers are generally hot while winters are cool in the noth and central regions of the country. The southern regions have warm summers and cold winters with heavy snowfall, especially in mountainous zones.
LANGUAGES SPOKEN
Spanish is the official language. English is widely used as well.
