Egypt is the world's 30th largest country covering an area of 1,001,449 km² . Twice the size of Spain, Egypt has coastlines on both the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea.

A population of close to 80.8 Million. Muslims account for about 90% of the population.

CLIMATE

Mostly it is hot and warm during the day and cool at night. In Summer an average temperature of 30 °C (86 °F) in the coastal regions of the country. Winter temperatures average between 13 °C (55 °F) and 21 °C (70 °F) with rain fall.

Arabic is the official language. English and French are widely used as well.
