Located about an hour away from the border of America, Ottawa offers promising attractions and several interesting things to do. The city is home to people from different cultures and is the fastest growing city in North America. Over the years, Ottawa has developed from a quiet town to one of the most vibrant cities.

Ottawa has a considerable population of Muslims and finding a Masjid in the city is not very difficult. Visitors can take the help of locals to locate a Masjid. The Ottawa Masjid, also known as the Ottawa Muslim Association, is the main Masjid in the city.

Ottawa is home to an array of museums and art galleries. Some of the main museums in the city that are worth visiting include the Canadian Museum of Civilization, the Canadian War Museum, National Gallery and the Diefenbunker Cold War Museum. There are several coffee shops across the city. If you are looking for vegetarian food there are quite a number of choices.

Ottawa has a good public transport system, there are several buses running across the city. The downtown area is quite walkable. Taxis too can easily be found in the city. Car rentals are also available in the city. Parking is available at most of the attractions and shopping areas of the city.
