One of the most exotic attractions of the Columbia Icefields in the Canadian Rockies, the Athabasca Glacier is among the most visited glacier in North America. The Athabasca Glacier is a must visit destination for people looking to enjoy exclusive natural scenery. Located in the Jasper National Park, the glacier can easily be located because of its huge size. The Athabasca Glacier is six kilometers in length and about 90 to 300 meters thick.
