The Beit Al Qur'an Museum in Manama, Bahrain is a museum dedicated to the Holy Qur'an

The museum stands in the busy commercial district of Hoora in Manama. The museum complex itself is a fine example of the modern Bahraini architecture. The museum was established in the year 1990. The museum complex houses a Masjid, library, an auditorium and a school apart from the museum.

The Beit Al Qur'an Museum has 10 exhibition halls, each of them offering a glimpse into the Holy Qur'an and religious motifs. Quranic manuscripts from different parts of the world are on display in the museum. All the exhibits are labeled in English and the museum is open to people from all religions.

Visiting the museum is a good introduction to Islam and Islamic calligraphy. Visitors can see Islamic calligraphy from the first century of the Islamic era to the present day. The museum also has on display miniature Qurans. The smallest one measures only 4.7cm by 3.2cm and dates to the 18th century.
